BO Clause

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Where the council agrees that a refund is due in respect of a payment made to Delhi Pharmacy Council then:

• The credit/debit card used for the payment will be refunded in case of Fail Transaction only and no refund of registration fees will be allowed.
• This will be performed as soon as possible but within 14 days of the refund application being received and agreed by the council.
• The registration fee is not refundable whether the application for registration is accepted or rejected.

Change of Policy

DPC reserves the right to add, amend, revise, or suspend the privacy policy from time to time.
